Supliyo helps buyers post supply requests, discover suppliers, receive quotes, and continue conversations. Suppliers can maintain a profile, find relevant requests, submit quotes, and communicate with buyers.

Supliyo does not provide payments, escrow, shipping, inspections, legal representation, customs support, quality assurance, or contract enforcement. Any purchase, payment, shipment, inspection, or commercial agreement is handled directly by the buyer and supplier.

Buyers and suppliers are responsible for verifying company details, specifications, certifications, compliance requirements, taxes, pricing, delivery terms, product quality, and any agreement made outside Supliyo.

Do not post misleading requests, false supplier claims, illegal goods, abusive messages, spam, malware, scraped data, or content that violates another party's rights. Do not impersonate another company or misrepresent your ability to buy or supply goods.

Supliyo may hide requests, hide reviews, suspend profiles, or restrict account access when content or behavior appears unsafe, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or harmful to other users.

Keep your login credentials secure and use an email account you control. You are responsible for activity through your account unless you promptly notify us of unauthorized access.

We may update Supliyo features and policies from time to time. Continued use of Supliyo means you accept the current terms.
