Supliyo collects information needed to provide the service, including account email, company name, profile details, contact information, supply requests, supplier quotes, messages, reviews, notifications, and basic usage activity.

We use information to authenticate users, show the correct buyer or supplier experience, publish requests, help suppliers respond with quotes, deliver messages and notifications, support reviews, prevent abuse, and operate support tools.

Supplier profiles may be visible to Supliyo users, including company name, location, industry, description, contact details, and reviews. Buyer request details are visible where needed for suppliers to evaluate and respond. Quotes, conversations, and notifications are limited to the relevant participants.

Messages support direct buyer-supplier conversations. Reviews may appear on profile pages to help users evaluate past interactions. We may hide or remove content that appears abusive, misleading, unsafe, or unrelated to sourcing.

We use authentication, server-side access checks, and database policies to protect private account and conversation data. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so avoid sharing passwords, bank details, trade secrets, or highly sensitive documents in messages.

You can contact us for help with account access, profile updates, or deletion requests. Some records may be retained where needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service integrity.
